A lot of us here at EarthQuaker are spritely and youthful, but among all us spring chickens, Matt Marton still stands out as the youngest (and unnervingly intelligent for his young age). We would probably all hate him if he weren’t so sweet and lovable. He’s Jamie Stillman’s right hand man, helping design the pedals of your dreams every day, and for a while he was a wonderful father to not only his cat Mia, but her three kittens, who we got to see every Wednesday during our company-wide weekly web meeting, till he found them new homes and basically destroyed our lives. But we hear they’re thriving, so we forgive him. And now, without further ado, we present to you, Matt Marton!

Working with Jamie to create new pedals for all you beautiful people!

What’s your favorite thing about working at EarthQuaker?

The people. Every person that I've met at EQD is an awesome, unique individual. We all work well together, which makes it feel less like a job and more like a community.

What instrument(s) do you play, and what band(s) are you in?

Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keyboard. I'm not in any bands with released music right now, but I have a solo EP up on Spotify.
