EarthQuaker Devices is a one-man operation based out of Akron Ohio. Because of this you may experience a slight delay in the shipment of your device. Wait times will vary on a daily basis, send me an email to find out the current wait.

Warranty
All Devices are covered for 1 year on parts and labor when you purchase direct from this site, new from a store or from my ebay sales. If purchased from a shop, a receipt will be necessary. There will be no warranty honored for second hand purchases. This warranty is only valid if the pedal has not been modded, altered or deliberately destroyed in any way. If it should become faulty, please email for instructions before you send in your device.

Mail Order
If you do not have a paypal account, you may place an order via mail. Send me an email for an order form.

Custom Work
I will do custom work as time permits. Custom versions of current EQD production pedals are the easiest to tackle but I will consider building a new device for you if it's within reason.
