Direct Orders

While we do allow direct orders, we strongly encourage you to purchase from one of our dealers. When ordering directly from us, you may experience up to 3-5 week wait. We have many dealers with devices ready for immediate shipment. Please support your local shops!

Warranty

We will repair or replace any device that we made at any time as long as we are still in business! Warranty does not apply to the enclosure, graphics, knobs, hardware or any devices that are deliberately destroyed or modified by anyone other than EarthQuaker Devices.

Repairs

Please fill out THIS FORM, print and include it inside the box with your device for repair. No repairs will be accepted without this form. Before you send your pedal in for repair, please make sure the issue persists with different cables, guitars, amps, power supplies or locations if possible. 75% of all pedals sent in for repair are fully functional and the issue is usually a bad power supply, faulty cables or something we can not recreate in our shop. Please double check!

Please allow up to two weeks for your repair.

Return Policy

We will repair or replace any defective device for the life of EQD but we do not accept returns for any reason. That said, most of our dealers have excellent return policies. Some will even accept devices that were purchased from a third party. If you are unsure about an item, please buy from a dealer.

Privacy Policy

EarthQuaker Devices will never share your private information, including your address, email or phone number, with any third party, ever. We will only use your information to complete and communicate with you regarding your order. If you sign up for our news and updates through Mailchimp, we will only use your email to send you information about EarthQuaker Devices and directly related info.
