EarthQuaker Devices is a small operation based out of Akron, Ohio. We have been building pedals by hand since 2004.

Shipping
Due to demand and the lack of hours in a day, you will experience an average 1 week delay in the shipment of your device on direct orders. Wait times will vary on a daily basis, send us an email to find out the current wait. You may experience a wait of up to 6 weeks for overseas orders.

Warranty
We will repair any device we made at any time as long as we are still in business!

Warranty does not apply to the enclosure, graphics, knobs, hardware or any devices that are deliberately destroyed or modified by anyone other than EQD.

Repairs
Send us an email for instructions on sending in a pedal for repair.You will be asked to pay for return shipping.

Return Policy
We will repair or replace any defective or faulty pedal for the life of EQD but we do not accept returns for any reason. Most of our dealers have excellent return policies, some will even accept pedals that were purchased from a third party. If you are unsure about an item, please buy from a dealer.
