EarthQuaker Devices is a very small operation based out of Akron Ohio. Due to demand and the lack of hours in a day, you will experience an average 1 week delay in the shipment of your device on direct orders. Wait times will vary on a daily basis, send us an email to find out the current wait.

Warranty
All devices are covered for 2 years from the hand written date (on the inside bottom plate) on parts and labor when you purchase direct from this site, new from a store or from our ebay sales. If your device should fail, please contact us for instructions on sending it back. That said, we will repair any device we made at any time as long as we are still in business!

Warranty does not apply to the enclosure, graphics, knobs, hardware or any devices that are deliberately destroyed or modified by anyone other than EQD.

Custom Work and Modifications
We have done custom work and offered mods to our devices in the past but we can no longer accomodate these requests for reasons of sanity. If we develope a mod that we feel is necessary, it will be posted on the main page and we will gladly accept your device back to perform the modification. Because limited run and one-off pedals are a good break from the usual production line, we will offer them from time to time on the Custom page of the site!
